Why having a diverse Instructor team is key!
There is no doubt that having the right instructor can make or break a ski holiday. Whether it’s for yourself, a client or your children, making sure you choose the right ski instructor is very important.
At Supreme Ski School we think this is essential and have built a diverse instructor team around this theory. During the booking process we try and have a good chat with our clients, by finding out a bit more about each individual taking part in the lessons we can identify which instructor in our team will be best suited to the booking.
Our team includes some of the most experienced instructors on the mountain.
Our team includes some of the most experienced instructors on the mountain, these guys have seen everything — they can be trusted to turn uncontrollable children into angels and nervous skiers in to confident racers! We also have a very strong ‘young team’ many of whom are ex ski racers, so understand the importance of hard work and are passionate about sharing their love for skiing and putting their clients first. Language is such an important aspect of learning, so we made sure we built a team who have a few languages under their belt, English, French, Italian, basic Russian and Spanish are all available at Supreme.
Growth in the UK ski industry has stagnated in recent years, so we think this increases the importance of ensuring great experiences for anyone getting in to the sport — be it children or adults. We want our sport to still be going strong in 30 years’ time, so great care needs to be put into the grassroots of the sport, making sure our clients have the right instructor and learn in small group numbers is one of our ways of contributing to this.
